Our helpdesk will assist your staff with their day to day use of their computers, delivering advice and guidance directly to the user.

The service makes extensive use of the Internet to offer secure, interactive "remote control" sessions which allow helpdesk staff to guide the user through tasks on their own desktop computer. This gives the helpdesk immediate access to the user's computer whenever requested, ending the necessity for the user to describe at length the contents of the screen before assistance can be given. A further advantage is in the helpdesk's ability to provide walk-through guidance on tasks, without needing to arrange on-site visits.
