Network Monitoring
Our monitoring service operates on a 24x7 basis, ensuring the status of your servers and network is known at all times by checking that services are running normally and highlighting potential problems before they become visible issues. Should the monitoring system detect an event which requires investigation, a helpdesk ticket will be automatically created for review by an engineer.

The service will test your servers on a frequent basis, watching their services, processors, memory, disks and event logs for abnormal conditions. The service will also ensure network components such as routers and firewalls are active and operating within given limits.

This service offers features such as web-based status reports, historical information and graphical presentation.
